5 STAR RESORT
Our beautiful resort is a gated owners community with approximately 15% of the owners renting their properties. The majority of visitors who rent properties return year after year and quite often become owners themselves.
NUMEROUS EVENTS
We have regular events including (cards, board games, crafts and line dancing), exercise programs (Walk off the pounds, Pilates, Lap Swim/Walking and Water Aerobics) along with socials to meet other members within the community (Happy Hour/Happy Daze, Music Monday, Fritter Friday and Boot Scootin Salon). All this along with planed featured events (themed dances, live bands, annual street dance and more). For event schedules see our events and activities calendar.
APPEARANCE
As an owners resort we very much pride ourselves on the appearance of our community. All lots have a desert palm at the street, street lamp post, 100 amp service, and hookups available for both internet and TV (requires obtaining your own service from one of the two providers servicing our resort).
